Continuous inspection machine

The LFIM-72 continuous inspection machine is tailored for the pharmaceutical industry. It is used to detect glass liquid bottles to ensure the safety of oral liquid or injection medication and prevent medication accidents. It can detect liquid level, defective bottle body and bottle cap, as well as impurities in the bottle like glass fragments, aluminum chips, hair, fiber, precipitates or suspended solids, with high accuracy of detection results and high production efficiency. It is suitable for automatic detection of liquid preparations such as vials, ampoules, eye drops, injections and oral liquid bottles.

Working principle

The bottles are transported from the previous process or manually put into the vertical feeding platform. Then through the conveyor belt, bottles are delivered to the infeed screw, which transports the bottles one by one to the infeed star wheel. And unqualified bottles are detected and rejected through the bottle feeding station. The bottles are transported to the main turret at a uniform speed. In the main turret, there are several cameras to detect foreign matters, liquid level and cracks in the bottle cap or body. Unqualified products are rejected by the star wheel, while qualified products are transported to the qualified receiving tray or slide. The electronic control system provides real-time control feedback through the sensors and cameras of each part to realize the requirements of full-automatic operation.
