One of the most awaited world chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology events has returned. From 22 to 26 August, the Frankfurt showgrounds will host the 2022 edition of Achema. At this exhibition, which brings companies from more than 50 countries together, Pharmapack will showcase a wide selection of machines and lines developed for the pharmaceutical industry. Achema 2022
Achema is regarded as one of the world's leading trade shows for the process industries. This year's edition will take place in Frankfurt am Main from 22 to 26 August. The event will reunite experts, decision-makers, and trendsetters from all over the world. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, hundreds of manufacturers from over 50 countries are expected to present their products for chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech research, manufacturing and packaging.
Pharmapack: Lines and stand-alone machine on show
As for Pharmapack, at Achema 2022, we will present our smart flexible packaging, bottle packaging, and smart inspection packaging lines. The setup includes all the different units such as the unscrambler, counter, inserter, capper, sealer, labeler, booklet outserter, cartoner, case packer, and pelletizer.
Our patented SCADA system, broken tablet detection, rejection system, and tracking and tracing system make these lines innovative. Such systems integrate into the manufacturing, improve the product quality, reduce labor costs, and create maximum value for customers.
At the show, we will also be introducing our newly developed 360° Tablet Counting Machine. A tablet counting machine is an automatic counting, filling and sorting equipment for pills, tablets, soft and hard capsules, and other solid granules, widely used in pharmaceutical, health care, food, pesticide, chemical, and other industries.
In this regard, Pharmapack has optimized the traditional counting solution by adding new features:
lInnovative camera detection, rejection system, and static weighing detection system in both front and back end to realize online rejection of defective tablets. This is a strategically important upgrade to stabilize weighing performance, higher accuracy, and system integration.
lTwo-in-one sorting and counting, with small space occupation, multiple channels, and fast speed. In each channel, a tablet is free-falling and flipping. Based on such features, the counting center uses dual wide-angle miniature cameras at the front and rear, up to 100 frames/second, to achieve 360° detection, online rejection, infrared counting, and automatic bottle filling.
lEuropean design style, AISI 304 stainless steel frame, and AISI 316L stainless steel contact parts. Full GMP and FDA compliance. With spacious cleaning and maintenance platform on the top. Based on AI's learning and iteration capabilities, drug compatibility and error detection rate will continue to improve in the application.
