In order to strengthen communication and exchange with our customers and accurately understand their needs, we invited a key customer from India to our company on July 21st. Eric, President of Pharmapack, warmly welcomed the visitors, thanked them for their long-term support and assistance, and informed them about the basic conditions, industrial structure and development direction of the group. Then, accompanied by our executives, the customer leaders visited the production workshop and took a look at our Pharmapack equipment and EC-PACK inkjet printers. During the visit, they were introduced to Pharmapack's product portfolio, and learned the knowledge of daily maintenance of the equipment.
"Although this is our first visit, we feel familiar with the equipment and services here. All of our problems were actively resolved.
